
Tim is the founding member of Rothberg PLLC. He was recognized by Texas Super Lawyer as one of the top "Up-and-Coming 100" lawyers in Texas in 2018 and 2019. Tim has been recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer Rising Star every year since 2013, and has been named as one of Houston’s Top Lawyers by H-Texas Magazine on multiple occasions. Tim is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and has also been elected as a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. He has also been honored by Texas Lawyer as being a top litigator as a result of the jury verdict he obtained in a deceptive trade practices and fraud case.

On September 19, 2017, obtained a $96.5 million-dollar jury verdict for his clients in a fraud and breach of contract case with co-counsel John H.
